Payment Policy

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the service selected.
• Payments can be made securely through the payment methods available on our website.
• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation requests made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellation requests made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for any refund.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and should be made as early as possible.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to gift deliveries and scheduled services.

• Delivery and service availability depend on the serviceable PIN code.
• Estimated delivery or setup time will be shared during the booking process.
• Customers are requested to provide accurate delivery and event details while placing the order.
• For event services such as balloon decorations or live guitarist performances, our team will arrive at the scheduled time as confirmed during booking.
• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
• In case of any changes to your booking details, please contact our support team as early as possible.
